Below is a list of all classes offered by Gilman Studio. Some of these classes are only offered on an occasional basis, depending on the number of students interested. - Yang Style Long Form
108 Movements. This is the style of Tai Chi Chuan as practiced by more people than any other.
- Yang Style Short Form
34 Movements. An easy to learn, thorough workout
- Yang Style Two Person Applications Form
(Also known as 88 Form, Fighting Form, Partner Form, or San Shou)
- Traditional Yang Style Double Edge Sword Form
- Partner Sword Form
Two 30 Movement Forms. An introduction to the double edge sword
- Traditional Yang Style (Dao) Saber Form
- Yang Style Saber Two Person Applications Form
9 Movements each side
- Tai Chi Spear
Traditional 64 Movement Form and Partner Exercises
- Partner Cane (San Tsai Kun Three Powers Short Stick)
11 Movements per side
- Push Hands (Tui Shou, Join Hands)

- Chi Kung Breathing Forms
A marriage of breath and energy
- Morning Class
A drop in class that meets Monday through Friday from 7 to 8 am
- Saturday in the Park
- Ting Fa Workshop
