Greetings. This has been, and is, an adventure. I have so much I want to share, and no idea of what will come out as I sit to write. I hope you are enjoying the process. I have received quite a few emails, and one that I didn’t expect came from Robert Brown, a Tai Chi instructor fro Sequim, Washington.He wanted to know if I could go a bit slower, not every day, so he could have time in-between to digest the material, practice with the ideas, and see how it works for him. Another Tai Chi instructor, John Considine, suggested a possible once a week tip, which still works out to 52. So, for now, I will try a five times a week schedule. Take the week-end off and give you time to work with some of the tips that appeal to you. I still am open to suggestions, so if you have any other ideas, let me know. I’m doing this to share the art I love, and hope this increases your desire to practice so you can harvest some of the health benefits. Thanks for being there.
